If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Pulsio Pro, get in touch with us via email within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you. Refunds are processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned items at our UK hub. There’s no small print, it’s as simple as that.
Our customer service team willl provide all the necessary details for retrning your Pulsio set. Please ensure all parts and accessories are included in your return, and the item is in its original condition. Simply drop off your parcel at your local post office, for it to be scanned.
Once we receive and inspect your return and your item is in its original condition (unless faulty) your refund will be processed, and you will be notified via email.
All Pulsio Products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
If your product becomes defective due to no fault of your own, then we will ask your to return your defective Pulsio Pro and a replacement will be processed for you. Please retain your order confirmation email (your receipt) and the user manual warranty.
