Frequently Asked Questions

If you have not yet received  your order confirmation email but have been charged, please check your junk folder 30 minutes after ordering as sometimes order emails are misdirected there by mistake. If you still cannot locate your email, pop us an email and we’ll be happy to resend one for you. 

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, and aim to dispatch orders the same day when placed before 12pm. Shipping confirmation emails are sent out between 4-6pm, so please look out for your tracking confirmation around this time.

Please note if you purchase after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be promptly dispatched on Monday as the next working day. 

Once your order has been dispatched you can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we send to you. Click on the link or enter the reference number into Royal Mail’s track and trace website to monitor your parcel’s progress. 

If your tracking status does not update immediately please do not worry, it can take a little while for the tracking to appear on Royal Mail’s network- rest assured your order is on its way to you as soon as you receive your dispatch email.
