If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Simply get in touch with your order number to customer support team at support@pulsio.co.ukto start your return.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with all accessories returned, unmarked and with the original packaging.
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of return.

How do I request a Return?
Please get in touch via email or Contact form with your order number to arrange a return.
Our team will provide the necessary address and returns form which must be completed and included within your return for identification.
Please note that return costs are non refundable. If you need any assistance with finding postal options, our team will be glad to help.
How long do I have to return my order?
Orders must be returned within 30 days from your purchase date.
Please note that returns received after the 30 day Money-Back Guarantee period has expired will may be rejected and you will be ineligible for a refund. Where proof of postage before the 30 day period can be supplied, the return may be accepted but will incur a £10.00 re-stocking fee.
*Extended return period valid on orders placed between 5th November - 25th December only.
How do I ship my return?
We always recommend selecting a Tracked or Recorded service when posting your return, as undelivered, delayed or returns lost in transit cannot be processed. Keep your tracking number to hand so you can safely monitor your parcel progress.
Shipping charges for the return of the order are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable - for any assistance with selecting services and costs, our team will be happy to help.
Please note that additional delivery costs chosen at checkout where applicable, will not be refunded. This applies if an additional or upgraded delivery method is chosen such as Next Day or Special Delivery.
How long do returns take to process?
All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of return.
You will receive an email notification from our store once your refund has been processed.
Please note that depending on the payment method you have chosen, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
As a general guideline (card payments), refunds can appear on your statement within 1-4 business days once they are issued, but can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Any returns received outside the 30 day return period, or missing the necessary Return form for identification, may not be processed.
Can I exchange my product for something else?
Yes! We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase if you need to switch colour or sizes within the same product.
Exchange products must be returned in their entirety, with all parts and accessories included in original, unmarked condition to be eligible for exchange.
To exchange between different products, please proceed with a return and refund.
Where is your return address?
Please contact our team for our UK returns address at support@pulsio.co.uk.
Please note our returns address is not the same as our registered office address, and any parcels sent there cannot be processed and may be automatically returned to sender.
