Steam rising from the Sauna Pod
How long does it take to heat up?

Around 10 to 15 minutes. Pop it up, fill the steamer and press start, and it will be warm by the time you are changed.

How long can a session last?

Up to 90 minutes on a full tank, so you can take it at your own pace.

When should I use it?

Whenever suits you. In the evening it is a simple way to wind down before bed; in the morning it is a warm start to the day. After exercise, give your body 10 to 15 minutes to cool down first.

How do I pack it away?

Let it dry, fold it in half, twist it into loops and press it flat. It zips into its own 15cm carry case.

How long is delivery?

Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is included, usually 1 to 2 days after dispatch (Monday to Saturday). You can upgrade to DPD next day delivery at checkout.
