Your courier depends on where you live, what you've ordered and the delivery option you chose at checkout.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details and courier information so you can follow its journey.
Good to know
- Tracking can take a few hours to appear after the courier collects your parcel.
- Some orders ship in more than one parcel, so items from the same order may arrive separately.
- Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed the next working day.
- Delivery can take a little longer during busy periods, bank holidays, bad weather or unexpected courier delays.
