What is 808nm infrared light?

808nm is a near-infrared wavelength that sits beyond the visible light spectrum. Unlike visible red light, near-infrared light can penetrate further beneath the skin's surface, which is why it is commonly used in light-based recovery technology.

Is it safe?

Yes. Infra Pod's light is non-invasive and drug-free. It contains a Class 3R laser, so never look directly into the light or point it at your eyes. Follow the instructions provided with your device and avoid use on broken skin.

How long is each session?

Infra Pod sessions can be set between 10 and 40 minutes. Choose the session duration that best fits your recovery routine and always follow the guidance provided with your device.
