Why was I charged a different amount than I expected?

If your bank statement shows a slightly different amount from checkout, it's usually down to currency conversion or fees from your bank or card provider.

Currency conversion

If your card is in a different currency from your Pulsio purchase, your bank or card provider may convert the payment at their own exchange rate. They may also add a foreign currency or conversion fee, so the amount on your statement can look slightly different.

What you agreed to pay

You'll always see the final order total and currency at checkout. That's the amount Pulsio charges for your order. Any exchange rates or fees your bank or card provider adds are outside our control.

Still unsure, or think you've been charged incorrectly? Email support@pulsio.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it.
